Hello, my friends! I’ve got some fun news: Let me introduce you to Fit Revolution, a brand new wellness platform that I’m really excited about!
I’m one of the founding instructors on this platform, and I’ve been working super hard to create and film amazing workouts for you that you can do anytime, anywhere. There’s a link to a free 14-day trial and instructions on how to sign up below, including a 33 percent off discount code for your first month.
Work out with me on demand on Fit Revolution
Introducing Fit Revolution!
Many of you may remember that during the late summer, I mentioned several times that I was working like crazy behind-the-scenes to develop and film a variety of workouts that you can do on demand. This is what I was talking about! I filmed 10 videos in the span of several weeks in August, which included preparing the workout, practicing it, creating the playlist and then setting up and filming the full workout for you. It was a true learning experience, and I’m so proud of how my first batch turned out. I will keep working hard to give you what you need, so if you have any requests, let me know.
Thank you so much for considering supporting me and trying out this new platform I’m part of. It’s been a little scary to transition to this digital fitness space. My goal is to reach more people than I can in my in-person local classes, with movement that truly feels good on the body. My workouts will lift you up, not beat you up. 🙂
What is Fit Revolution?
Fit Revolution is a place where you can find your fit, your flow, your fuel and your focus.
This wellness and fitness platform is not just workouts. You’ll also find healthy recipes and meditation tips and exercise foundation tutorials as well — and of course, a lot of great workouts.
And you’ll find me … teaching and sweating for you, straight from my living room.
What kind of workout classes can you take on Fit Revolution?
There are some amazing instructors on the platform, for yoga, strength, barre and cardio, including some bloggers and influencers that you may already follow, like Jen (who is actually a cofounder of the platform), Becky, Gina and Amanda, to name a few.
And we’ve all worked to create signature, freestyle workouts for you. These workouts are follow-along ones, so we are doing them with you and guiding you through the entire time.
My classes are music-based, so we move to the beat of some great music. And let me just say, the music is so good.
Here are the classes that I’ve already filmed, which are available on Fit Revolution today. And if you sign up, you can watch and do these workouts as many times as you want:
- 45-minute Full-body Bodyweight Barre Burn (using a chair)
- 30-minute Full-body Bodyweight Barre Burn (using a chair)
- 30-minute Full-body Barre Burn with Light Weights (using a chair and 2 light dumbbells)
- 25-minute Full-body Dumbbell Strength (using 2 medium dumbbells)

What are my workout classes like?
I created workouts that are exactly like the ones I do on my own and I enjoy doing. We don’t do a lot of jumping, but we do work hard. All of my classes move really quickly, but there are plenty of options for beginners all the way to advanced exercisers. I’m also thinking of filming a couple beginner workouts too, so those may be in store in the near future.
Basically, when you work out with me, you’re doing what I do for my workouts. And I really hope you like them!
By the way, Fit Revolution is separate from the live-teaching platform that I’m already a part of and have mentioned previously. This is all about on-demand workouts you can do any time. Even though I’m not there “live” with you, I think you’ll feel like we’re doing it together.
Who can do these workouts?
Anyone! My workouts are designed for all levels, with plenty of options. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, I would definitely modify some of the floor/core sections, but there’s not a lot of jumping or anything crazy. If I get enough requests for it, I will film prenatal or postpartum workouts specifically as well.
How many workouts are on Fit Revolution?
Fit Revolution is launching with 100 workouts, and every instructor on the platform will be adding one new workout per week. You can already find 14 workouts from me, and I filmed some new ones over the weekend that will be released soon. Basically, you won’t ever run out of content, because new stuff will constantly be added.
When you sign up, you can watch the videos as much as you want, from any of the instructors.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts are as short as a 5-minute warm-up to a 45-minute full-on class. I filmed a variety of durations, so you could put a couple together or get in a full workout with just one. My workouts are from 10 minutes to 45 minutes in length.
Do the workouts have music?
Yes! It’s hard to get good music for online workouts, but on Fit Revolution, we have some great tunes. I had a lot of fun picking out playlists for my classes, and I teach to the beat of the music in almost every class. It’s just the way I like to flow, because music moves me. How about you?
How much equipment do you need?
Not much! Because I know many of us are working out at home, I created most of my workouts so that you don’t need much equipment. Most of my workouts are just bodyweight, but I’m also sharing workouts where you need one set of light dumbbells (1 to 5 pounds) or medium dumbbells (7 to 15 pounds). That’s it. You’ll also want a mat, a chair and a little bit of space to move.
How can you watch the workouts on Fit Revolution?
On your computer, your tablet or your phone. The app will sync on your streaming TV very soon, but right now it doesn’t have that functionality. I recommend watching the workouts on your laptop with some headphones, so you get a great video/audio experience.
How much does Fit Revolution cost?
After your 14-day free trial, it is $21.99 a month or $199.99 for a full year, but the code ASHLEYPITT will give you 10 percent off your first month. The monthly cost is less than the price of one studio class, so it’s a real deal. Because you get access to ALL of the workouts and videos on the platform, not just mine.
To sign up, visit the Fit Revolution website first, then you can download the app from there.
